Policy Types:
Apartment Condo Contents Only Mobile Home Multi-Family Residence Primary Residence/Dwelling Rental Property Secondary/Seasonal Residential Single Family Home Town House
Coverage's:Dwelling –
The dwelling is a residence premises use principally as a private residence, including structures attached to the dwelling.
Other Structures –
Structures on the residence premises, separated from the dwelling by clear space. Structures connected to the dwelling by only a fence, utility line, or similar connection are considered to be other structures.
Personal Property –
Personal property owned by the insured while it is anywhere in the world. Personal property usually at any insured's residence, other than the primary residence is 10% of the limit of coverage C, personal property.
Loss of Use –
Additional living expense, if a covered loss makes the residence premises non-livable, the company covers any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household can maintain it's normal standard of living. Payment shall be for the shortest time required to repair or replace the premises.
Personal Liabilty –
If a claim is made or a suit is brought against any insured for damages because of bodily injury or property damage to which coverage applies the company will pay.

A) Pay up to the limit of liability for the damages for which the insured is legally liable |

B) Provide a defense at their expense by counsel of their choice. Their obligation to defend any claim or suit ends when the amount they pay for damages resulting from the occurrence equals the limit of liability. |
Medical Payments –
The necessary medical expenses incurred or medically ascertained within three years from the date of an accident causing bodily injury. This coverage does not apply to you or regular residents of your household other than resident employees.
Covered Perils –
Fire, Lightening, Hail Sinkhole Water Damage Theft Hurricane Windstorm or hail
Vandalism or Malicious Mischief Riot or Civil Commotion
Ordinance or Law
