Bodily Injury/Property Damage Liability Coverage –

Will pay damages for bodily injury or property damage for which any insured becomes legally responsible because of an auto accident. Damages include prejudgment interest awarded against the insured. The companies will settle or defend, as they consider appropriate, any claim or suit asking for damages. In addition to their limit of liability, they will pay all defense cost they incur. The companies duty to settle or defend ends when their limit of liability has been exhausted by payment of judgment or settlements.

Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage –

The company will pay compensatory damages which an insured is legally entitled to recover from the owner or operator of an uninsured/underinsured motor vehicle because of bodily injury, sustained by an insured and caused by an accident, for amounts which would otherwise have been recovered from the liability insurance of another. Either an uninsured motorist or one who does not carry adequate coverage to pay for damages. Insured means the named insured, family members in their own insured auto, in any other auto, and as pedestrians. Other persons are covered while occupying the named insured's covered auto. Coverage limits apply.

Personal Injury Protection Coverage –

Will pay in accordance with Florida motor vehicle No-Fault law, personal injury protection benefits to or for an insured who sustains bodily injury arising, out of the ownership, maintenance or use of a motor vehicle. To the total of $10,000 maximum benefit subject to deductibles. See your policy for further explanation, conditions and exclusions. The benefits are for examples but not limited to the following:

  1. Medical Expenses 80%
  2. Work Loss 60%
  3. Replacement Services
  4. Accidental Death Benefits $5,000

Coverage for Damage to your Auto –

The company will pay for direct and accidental loss to your covered auto or any non-owned auto including their equipment, minus any applicable deductible showed in the declaration.

  1. Other than collision, only if coverage is provided for that auto. Coverage is also referred to as comprehensive coverage
  2. Collision means the upset of your covered auto or a non-owned auto or their impact with another vehicle or object

Towing and Labor Coverage –

This coverage provides towing and labor for disabled vehicles at the place of disablement up to the coverage shown on the declaration page.

Rental Coverage –

This coverage provides rental reimbursement up to the maximum policy limits shown on the declaration page per covered loss.
